Where can I download RidePal?

You can download RidePal on iOS from the App Store and on Android from Google Play.

Where does trail data come from?

Trail data in RidePal is sourced from:

  • OpenStreetMap (OSM)
  • User submissions from the RidePal community
  • Internal/manual review before broader use in the app

Trail conditions can change quickly, so data may still be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate in some areas.

Is RidePal free?

Yes. RidePal is free to download and use. We also offer RidePal Pro, a paid subscription that unlocks additional advanced features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device account settings:

  • iPhone/iPad: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Cancel from your device settings before renewal if you do not want the next billing cycle.

How can I report a missing trail?

You can submit missing trail information on our Missing a Trail page.
